The following syllabus is constructed in an effort to offer maximum flexibility for students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Accommodating life circumstances during these unprecedented times is crucial to ensure accessibility to course materials and assignments. This is especially necessary for underrepresented students given the discrepancy of access to technology and a secure internet connection. The lecture delivery of this course ensures that I have a chance to build rapport with the students and build a personal connection via synchronous online lectures and WebEx office hours.
